I enjoy being outdoors, trying new things, working on our farm, and spending time with our puppies and family. These are the exact things that drove me to having a dream as a gym owner. Being in the health and fitness industry has always been very important to me from my days in sports to now in my daily life.

I have seen the good, bad, and ugly within the health industry. In my eyes, yesterday was a great day to start new healthier habits. Small changes win the big gains. I have seen countless times when someone wants to make a lifestyle change over night and it does not work.  LIFESTYLE is the key word. These are changes in both health and fitness that need to happen over a period of time. You need to be true to yourself on where you are currently and where your goals and aspirations are. Being true to yourself will allow you to come to terms where you are and help you understand and stay focused on the changes ahead.

Life is a journey, as is a healthy lifestyle. Being a gym owner I want to allow the community to have an environment where they can take their next step with confidence and have the resources they need to succeed.
